RAMP
Responsible for the ground operations of the aircrafts. This includes tasks such as loading and unloading baggage, refuelling, and preparing the aircraft for departure and arrival.
PASSENGER
Direct interaction with passengers to ensure a smooth and comfortable travel experience. Their duties include checking in passengers, boarding and deboarding, and providing assistance to passengers with special needs.
FLIGHT DISPATCH
Oversees the operational planning and execution of flights. This includes tasks such as aircraft weight and balance calculations, passenger load planning, monitoring aircraft condition, and coordinating with air traffic control to ensure safe and efficient operations.
